Building your school's weekly class timetable and letting teachers view their own schedule.

← All guides

The Timetables module lets an Admin lay out each class's weekly schedule period-by-period, and automatically gives every teacher a personal view of just their own periods.

Building a Timetable

  1. Go to Timetables → New Timetable and pick the class (and stream, if used).
  2. For each day/period cell, choose the subject and the teacher taking it.
  3. Leave non-teaching slots (break, assembly) blank or label them accordingly.
  4. Save — the timetable is immediately visible to that class's teachers and, where enabled, to parents.

Subjects Must Exist First

Timetables pull from your school's configured subject list. If a subject is missing from the dropdown, add it first under Settings → Subjects or Class Setup.

My Timetables (Teacher view)

Teachers open My Timetables from their own sidebar to see just the periods assigned to them across all classes they teach — no need to scan a full class grid.

Quick Steps

  1. Timetables → New Timetable to build a weekly grid for a class.
  2. Assign a subject and teacher to each period/day slot.
  3. Teachers see only their own periods under My Timetables.
