Requesting Premium FeaturesAdmin

Asking the platform to unlock a premium module or feature that isn't included in your current plan.

Some modules and features are gated by your school's subscription tier. If you run into a locked module, you don't need to email support — there's a built-in request flow.

Spotting a Locked Feature

Locked modules show a padlock badge in the sidebar, or display a "Feature Not Available on Your Plan" screen when opened, with a direct link to request access.

Submitting a Request

  1. Go to Settings → Request Premium Features.
  2. Pick the feature/module you'd like enabled (or describe it if not listed).
  3. Add any context — why you need it, how many students/staff it would affect.
  4. Submit. The platform sees every school's requests in one queue and can approve, decline, or reach out for more detail.

After Approval

Once approved, the module unlocks immediately in your sidebar — no re-login or reinstall needed.

Quick Steps

  1. Settings → Request Premium Features to see modules locked to your current plan.
  2. Submit a request describing which feature you need and why.
  3. The platform reviews and approves or follows up — you'll be notified either way.
